Cycle for Beginners
You can start your adventure with AAS on a single compound like Dianabol or Anavar if you never used any anabolic steroids. The length of cycle should not exceed 12 weeks and you need to have PCT in place like Clomid for at least half of the length of the cycle. You will get some water retention and gains won't be hard solid.
